Stan Ziemski

Stan Ziemski

Stan Ziemski graduated from the University of Rhode Island with a B.S.
Degree in Zoology and Chemistry. Worked in several sales and marketing positions with FMC Corporation. He then became Chief Operating Officer of American Oil & Supply Co. in 1974. Chairman and CEO of American Oil & Supply International and was a Founding Member of AOS Thermal Compounds. Mr. Ziemski, active for many years in CSMA and NACD, had served on the ILMA Board, was ILMA President and still serves on the Executive Committee. 
 

Victor Papanu

Victor Papanu

Victor Papanu, VP of Research & Development, obtained a B.S. in Chemistry from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, a M.S. in Organic Chemistry from the University of Arizona, and a MBA from LaSalle University-MBA Award Winner. He is named as the inventor on 18 U.S. patents, covering a wide range of chemical technologies ranging from detergent builders, anti-tumor agents, materials/polymer science and electronic die attached adhesives. Professional Associations include being a member of ACS and IMAPS.
 

John Ziemski

John Ziemski

John Ziemski, President of AOS Thermal Compounds, is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island. He was General Manager of American Oil & Supply Co. before forming AOS Thermal Compounds in 1998. Professional Associations include IMAPS, SMTA, CSMC, NJTC and ILMA.
 

Chuck Decker

Charles Decker

Charles Decker, Director of Sales, is a graduate of State University of New York at Cortland and received a Masters Degree from Monmouth University. He was Director of Business Development at American Oil & supply International. His professional associations include ILMA, AWRF, NSAA and NAEC.
 

Jennifer Decker

Jennifer Decker

Jennifer Decker graduated in 1990 from Georgetown University and received an MBA in 1994 from Boston College.  After Graduating from Georgetown she interned at the White House in media relations for George H. Bush during the first gulf war.  She then spent several years with Political Action Strategies in Washington, D.C and also worked for the planning and marketing department for the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.  She joined AOS after completing her MBA in 1994.  Today she is responsible for all the accounting and financial reporting for all of AOS’s business units.
 

Lesley Maddalena

Lesley Maddalena

Lesley attended the University of Delaware and started with American Oil & Supply International in October of 2004 as a sales assistant.  In a short period of time she grew into a new position as inside sales coordinator for the entire company.
