AOS Micro-Faze™

Dry Film Interface Material
MICRO-FAZE is a revolutionary, dry-to-touch thermal grease coated onto a foil substrate for superior thermal conductivity or on Kapton®* for both electrical insulation and thermal conductivity. MICRO-FAZE is easy to use and offers all the advantage and convenience of thermal pads and phase change materials, but with the superior performance of thermal grease. Dry-To-Touch Thermal Grease
MICRO-FAZE is a non-silicone, non-wax-based, dry-to-touch thermal grease that is naturally tacky. When the release liners are removed, MICRO-FAZE will adhere to a component or heat sink without an adhesive or other "non-thermally conductive" material that degrades thermal performance. MICRO-FAZE can be die-cut to any size or shape for thermal pad handling and convenience.

Lowest Thermal Resistance
Thermal grease provides the lowest thermal resistance at low closure force. MICRO-FAZE is thermal grease, so you don't have to sacrifice thermal performance for convenience.

Thixotropic
The thixotropic characteristics of the material provide complete wetting across the interface and keep MICRO-FAZE from flowing out of the interface, even in a vertically-oriented application.

Works at Any Temperature

MICRO-FAZE is an excellent replacement product for phase change materials. Because MICRO-FAZE is thermal grease, it does not require an actual phase change to take place before it begins working. Instead, heat transfer takes place at any temperature.

Gap Filler Material
SURE-FORM is a freestanding thermally conductive gap filler formulated with non-silicone, dry-to-touch thermal grease. Totally Conformable
SURE-FORM was developed for applications where surface textures vary and the space between surfaces is uneven. SURE-FORM totally conforms to any size or shape component enabling complete physical contact and minimizing the resistance to heat flow for the best thermally conductive path.

Outperforms All Gap Fillers
Unlike silicone elastomer gap fillers which require significant pressure to achieve 100 percent contact, SURE-FORM is exceptionally soft and offers total conformance to any size or shape with minimal force.
