AOS Thermal Compounds offers the widest selection of non-silicone and silicone thermal greases available in the market. Since developing AOS Heat Sink Compound, the first Non-Silicone thermal grease, AOS has continued to expand its product line with advanced new formulas, including HTC (high thermal conductivity), XT (extreme temperature), and water soluble formulas. Most innovations were the direct result of a customer request for advanced grease with better thermal properties. AOS is always pleased to honor such a request and most formulas can be modified according to your OEM specifications. If necessary, we will work with you to customize a thermal grease.

"Dry-to-the-Touch"
Thermal Interface Materials

AOS has developed a revolutionary new line of "dry-to-the-touch" thermal interface materials featuring Micro-faze® thermal interface film and Sure-form® gap filler materials. Micro-faze® and Sure-form® offer true thermal grease performance with the lowest thermal resistance, but with the handling convenience of thermal pads and gap fillers. Micro-faze® is not a phase change material - it is a non-wax based material that begins working at room temperature, is naturally tacky so material sticks to components without an adhesive, and it requires minimum force to achieve total surface wetting. It is available in two versions: Micro-faze® A is thermally conductive and Micro-faze® K is thermally conductive and electrically insulating. Both versions are offered in sheets and rolls and can be die-cut to any size and shape. Sure-form® gap filler material is a non-silicone, dry thermal grease material developed for use on uneven or irregular surfaces. It totally conforms to any size or shape with minimum pressure and offers the superior performance of thermal grease.

All products are available in a wide range of Packaging and Dispensing options, including our Sprayable Thermal Grease. AOS will also work with you to create the most efficient, cost effective Dispensing solution.
