Non-Silicone Compounds

52022: AOS Heat Sink Compound. The original Non-Silicone thermal grease. Created to solve the problems of creep, migration, and contamination common in silicone compounds. View Technical Data Sheet.

52032: AOS Heat Sink Compound. A modified, softer version of 52022 which allows material to spread easily across a surface. This product is a direct non-silicone replacement of Dow 340 thermal grease. View Technical Data Sheet.

52029: AOS Non-Silicone HTC. Cost-effective, high thermal conductivity formula with all the advantages of non-silicone grease. View Technical Data Sheet.

52031: AOS Non-Silicone HTC-60. Excellent thermal conductivity; this product has 4x the thermal conductivity of standard thermal grease. View Technical Data Sheet.

52027: AOS Non-Silicone XT. Highest temperature thermal grease on the market with an operating range to 350°C. View Technical Data Sheet.

52030: AOS Non-Silicone XT-2. Cost-effective, high temperature formula. Stable at temperatures up to 290°C. View Technical Data Sheet.

52039: AOS Non-Silicone XT-3. For applications requiring zero outgassing and high temperature stability. Stable up to 290°C. View Technical Data Sheet.

52028: AOS Non-Silicone WS. Water soluble formula for easy cleanup. Excellent for parts that may be replaced or reworked. View Technical Data Sheet.

57000: AOS Electrically Conductive Grease. A chemically inert heat sink compound that is thermally stable and nonflammable. This advanced grease offers premium electrical and thermal conductivity. View Technical Data Sheet.
