AOS Heat Sink Compound: 52022
(AOS 300)
The original non-silicone thermal grease, developed for AT&T in the early
1970’s. Meets specifications for KS 21343 and Mil-C-47113 Type II. More
stable and less prone to phase separation than other (non-silicone reproductions).
Progressively softer variants are available, 52399 (320), 53300 (370), 52032 (400).

and lower bond line thickness than AOS 52022. Replaces all standard non-silicone
