Thermal Resistance

Choose AOS Heat Sink Compounds for the lowest thermal resistance. Thermal resistance is the most important measure of thermal performance. As shown in the chart to the right, compared to thermal pads and phase change materials, thermal grease offers the lowest possible thermal resistance.
   

Thermal Conductivity

Thermal conductivity measures the rate at which a material is able to transfer heat through itself. A high thermal conductivity means better thermal performance. AOS HTC (high thermal conductivity) Heat Sink Compounds offer over 4x better thermal conductivity than standard thermal grease.
   

Operating Temperature
