AOS Spray makes the deposition of thermal grease quick, easy, and precise, without any mess or waste and without altering the performance of the grease. Unlike standard thermal grease, AOS Spray requires minimal handling, dramatically reducing work, assembly, and cleanup time. It takes less than 5 seconds to coat a 2 square inch area using the spray, compared with up to 5 minutes using manual applications. Surface parameters can be pre-defined and coated with a consistently thin, even film to a specified thickness as low as 0.01 mil. And you no longer have to compromise thermal performance for ease of application with substitute products, such as thermal pads. Grease offers the lowest thermal resistance, and now with AOS Spray no mess application is quick and easy.
